How long does processing take?

Our standard processing time is 5 working days. Each product is handcrafted with care to ensure it arrives perfectly bloomed for you.

Once shipped, delivery is typically within 3 working days (UK), depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

📦 Do you offer wholesale?

🎁 Do you offer PR boxes?

Yes, but they are sent at random to selected members of our community.
We do not accept influencer collaborations via email—any messages of this kind will be respectfully ignored.

What age are your products suitable for?

Around 80% of our products are suitable for ages 3+.
The rest are formulated for mature or targeted skincare needs. Please read individual product descriptions carefully.
